These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ShotArc mobile application ("Application", "App", "Service"), available on iOS, developed and operated by the ShotArc Team ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ShotArc. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

No Free Trial: ShotArc does not offer a free trial. You will be charged immediately upon subscribing, at the rate corresponding to the plan you select.
Subscription purchases are managed directly through the Apple App Store. To cancel, turn off auto-renewal, or request a refund, please use your device's subscription settings or contact Apple support directly, as we do not have the ability to process payments or refunds on Apple's platform.
"User Content" includes the videos you record or import, the clips you create and export, your display name, profile details, session stats, and any feedback or other information you provide. By using the App with your User Content, you:

Football training, including juggling and striking the ball, is physically demanding and carries a risk of injury. ShotArc provides general training tools only and is not medical advice or a substitute for in-person coaching. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a heart condition, joint or muscle problems, are pregnant, or have any other medical concern.
Train in a safe, open space away from roads, traffic, windows, people, pets, and breakable objects. Set your device somewhere secure and out of the ball's path. Warm up before training, stay hydrated, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You train at your own risk and are solely responsible for your physical safety and for any damage caused by the ball.
Touch counts, rhythm, interval, shot speed, ball height, scores, and personal bests are estimates based on your video and depend on lighting, camera angle, distance, frame rate, ball visibility, and device performance. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be treated as a training aid, not a precise measurement.
The Application, including its design, features, ball skins, effects, trails, counter styles, animations, graphics, and content (excluding your User Content), is owned by the ShotArc Team and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the effects in clips you export for personal, non-commercial sharing. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Application without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Application and delete your data at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription period, except as required by law or platform policy.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that ball tracking, touch counts, speeds, scores, or the Service will be accurate, complete, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the ShotArc Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data (including videos stored in the App), use, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Application — including any injury, physical harm, or damage to property resulting from training with the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and where required, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the ShotArc Team operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
